Despite the fact that at this time, it was starting to look like
it was clearing, we were disappointed to find Richmond Castle closed.

But just because the castle was closed, didn't mean I couldn't find
a few pictures to take. We walked around the castle instead.

The town of Richmond, and a good view of the castle tower and grounds.
This view didn't last long, as not two minutes after taking these
pictures, a blizzard reared up over the hill behind me, rendering
most anything more than a stone's throw away invisible. I've rarely
seen the weather change so fast.
