Feelin' Geeky
Well, yea, I got some geeky things for Christmas: A "walky bit" which is a little turtle that sings and will walk to the rhythm you tap on his shell and an extensible picker-upper with a blue led light, so you can actually *see* that screw you're trying to pick up. Also got five pounds of M&Ms (thanks Mom!). I got other cool stuff too, of course.
Hubby got a little green Ipod Shuffle from me, and is happy :)
Anyway, I'm feeling geeky 'cause I got my ThinkGeek order: A tiny, round little portable speaker with awesome sound, a miniature USB Plasma ball, and a portable solar charger. And, finally, a replacement Keytronic Lifetime Designer keyboard, something I've been trying to find since I killed my last one, which was 10 years old, in England.
Also, I discovered Second Life. Been having fun there. Last night, someone at the shelter gave me $200 Linden, and I used it to buy a wymrling avatar (a little violet dragon body). Very cool. I'm the purple dragon in the foreground.
