The Henley On Todd is a collection of odd sorts of boat races in the dry Todd river bed. The images without my copyright were taken by my husband.

Bathtub race. As the next photo shows, when they get to the "buoy" they have to fill the tub with water (well,actually only a bucket's worth) before continuing

Can't remember the name of this race, but the person on the sled has to remain there for the whole race...

Sand Skiing. They're all on the same set of skis, they have to work in sync to successfully complete the race.

Another contest is to fill a 55-gallon drum with river sand faster than your competitors. Sand is HEAVY.

The remaining pictures are of the Grand Sea Battle, between the Nauteus (tall ship), the HMAS Defender (battleship) and the Vikings.
